Will Squiz slow my store down?expand_more
No. The customer-facing payload is ~28KB, built on Shopify's native components. It loads instantly and never touches your storefront theme or Core Web Vitals.
Where do surveys actually appear?expand_more
Two places: the thank-you page the instant an order confirms, and the order-status page customers revisit to track delivery. You can also share any survey by QR code or hosted link.

Who owns the survey responses?expand_more
You do. Responses are collected on your behalf, belong to your store, and can be exported to CSV at any time.
Is customer data safe?expand_more
Responses attach to the Shopify order over encrypted connections. We don't sell or rent merchant or customer data — see our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I uninstall?expand_more
Squiz removes cleanly — no leftover code in your theme. You can export your data first, and request deletion of stored data any time.

Surveys pause until the next month once you hit your monthly order limit. Nothing breaks for your customers. Upgrade any time to keep collecting; changes apply through Shopify billing and you can cancel whenever.
